Vaziri Law Group, A.P.C. in Century City seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal with proven trial preparation expertise to join our team. A fast-paced environment and a commitment to excellence define our practice in plaintiff personal injury matters.

The ideal candidate will manage extensive litigation files, draft and respond to discovery, organize medical records, and support trial attorneys from start to finish. Bilingual Spanish is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Litigation Paralegal in personal injury law.
• Advanced knowledge of motions, oppositions to MSJs, Statements of Damages, Separate Statements, and all litigation pleadings.
• Excellent grammar, drafting, and legal writing skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 100 active litigation files under the supervision of trial attorneys.
• Draft, review, and respond to discovery requests accurately and on time.
• Organize and summarize medical records and case evidence.
• Prepare litigation materials, including exhibit binders, motions in limine, oppositions, and trial documents.
• Oversee and coordinate administrative staff to ensure compliance with firm policies and deadlines.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of California Code of Civil Procedure filing deadlines and Federal Court rules.
• Actively support trial preparation from start to finish.
