Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking an experienced paralegal in Beverly Hills to support civil litigation teams from discovery through trial. You will draft discovery requests, organize documents, and coordinate court filings in California and federal courts.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of paralegal experience, strong organization, and proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, in-house setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal experience with a civil litigation focus.
• Hands-on drafting of discovery requests and responses.
• Knowledge of state and federal court filing procedures.
• Experience assisting with trial preparation, exhibits, and logistics.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities
