Job summary

Success Matcher Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious civil litigation firm in Atlanta to recruit an experienced litigation paralegal. You will manage complex cases from filing through trial preparation, draft pleadings, subpoenas, discovery responses, and deposition summaries, and support legal research and document workflows.

This role offers a hybrid schedule (4 days in-office, 1 day remote), direct mentorship from a Senior Paralegal with 20+ years of experience and two lead Litigation

Qualifications

• 4 to 10 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment.
• Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate required.
• Proficient with PACER, Westlaw/LexisNexis, e-discovery software, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex civil litigation cases from initial filing through trial preparation and resolution.
• Draft, proofread, and prepare pleadings, subpoenas, discovery responses, and deposition summaries.
• Conduct legal research and manage document workflows using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and e-discovery platforms.
• Assemble digital and paper trial binders, exhibit lists, and witness files.
• Monitor court dockets, manage calendar deadlines, and execute state/federal filings.
