AEI LAW PC is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support the trial team through all phases of litigation. The role includes legal research, interviewing witnesses, filing documents, and assisting during trials.

The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and proficient with case management tools. Prior experience in a similar role and a paralegal credential are required.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certification or Associate Degree required.
• Experience as a Litigation Paralegal or similar role required.
• Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Highly organized with document management experience.
• Excellent research skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and case management software (Clio, LexisNexis).
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
