Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a litigation legal assistant.
• Experience with insurance defense and/or personal injury is preferred.
• Able to work from the office 2 days per week.
• Solid understanding of civil litigation calendar deadlines and rules.
• Experience with state and federal court filings in California.
• Proficient with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Independent, organized, and a team player with strong communication.
