Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a litigation legal assistant.
• Experience in insurance defense and/or personal injury is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with daily administrative tasks.
• Format pleadings and correspondence.
• Assist with trial preparation.
• File and E-file documents in State and Federal Courts.
