Job summary

Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. (QPWB) seeks an experienced Legal Assistant to support a high-volume first-party/bad faith practice in our Denver office. You will assist attorneys with administrative and litigation tasks in a fast-paced environment, managing calendars, filings, and discovery.

Ideal candidates have civil litigation exposure, strong communication, and proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package in a full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys handling first-party insurance and bad faith matters.
• Draft, edit, format, and proofread correspondence, pleadings, discovery, notices, and other legal documents.
• Assist with state and federal court filings and electronic filing procedures.
• Maintain attorney calendars and track court deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, and other case-related dates.
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, meetings, and conferences.
• Assist with written discovery, subpoenas, records requests, and document production.
