Job summary

Tyson & Mendes, a nationally recognized law firm, seeks an experienced paralegal to support civil litigation, personal injury and construction defect matters. You will assist attorneys with case management, discovery, deposition prep, and trial support in a fast-paced team environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and legal document systems.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certification required.
• 3–5 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience with Pennsylvania litigation encouraged.
• Strong civil litigation knowledge; deadlines and rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with discovery and motions, including hearing binders.
• Manage trial preparation: coordination of witnesses/travel, exhibits, and notebooks.
• Independently obtain, review and organize medical records; calculate damages.
• Work as part of a team with all levels of experience.
• Routine communications with clients, experts and attorneys about case status.
