This role is for a sharp, detail-obsessed administrative professional who wants to be an essential part of a high‑caliber litigation team — not just the person who answers the phones. Candidates must have 2–5 years of administrative experience (law firm preferred; strong corporate admin also considered), be reliable, organized, and meticulous (zero tolerance for dropped balls), and be able to work primarily on‑site in Atlanta (4 days/week in‑office). This is NOT for candidates who need heavy remote flexibility. The firm will train the right person — no prior litigation experience required.
A boutique Atlanta litigation firm — woman‑owned and woman‑led, founded in 1996, and recently expanded through a high‑profile combination — punches well above its weight. The attorneys are nearly all BigLaw alumni from Yale, Columbia, Stanford, and Penn, recognized by Chambers USA, Super Lawyers, and Georgia Trend's Legal Elite. Clients include the City of Atlanta, Toyota, General Mills, and Airbnb. The culture is collegial and human: free lunch on Mondays and Fridays, 20 days PTO from day one, mid‑year Atlanta market salary reviews, and partners who are described as genuinely empathetic. This is a place where good people do excellent work without the BigLaw cruelty.
