This position will assist assigned attorneys with managing a heavy docket of litigation matters and coordinate related office activities. Work requires knowledge of legal, secretarial, and office practices. Job duties include preparing correspondence, legal documents, and organizing files; assisting assigned attorneys with preparing for meetings, hearings, and trials; scheduling and calendaring; and assisting with monthly client billing and preparing expense reports. Responsible for organizing and maintaining many electronic litigation files and must be comfortable working with litigation pleadings and discovery.
