Job description

Join to apply for the Litigation Legal Assistant role at W3Global.

We are seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our Costa Mesa office. This full-time, non-exempt, hybrid position offers one day of work from home after 90 days, with working hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Requirements
  • Solid knowledge of federal, state, and appellate court filing rules and procedures.
  • Strong litigation background with e-filing and calendaring experience.
  • Experience supporting attorneys in real estate (including transactional work), business litigation, and professional liability defense is preferred.
  • Proficiency in preparing tables of contents and authorities.
  • Excellent proofreading, writing, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Word 2010 or higher, Outlook, and iManage or similar document management systems. Knowledge of CompuLaw, Best Authority, Adobe Pro, and CCC Macros is a plus.
