Plaintiff’s personal injury law firm in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Legal Assistant to join our Litigation team. This is an entry level position. Personal injury experience and/or general civil litigation experience is a plus. Superior attention to detail is extremely important for this position. We are looking for a hardworking and motivated individual who is capable of handling a substantial amount of work and will thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Request, follow up and obtain medical records/bills related to client treatment
• Verify/confirm and document account balances with medical providers
• Draft correspondence and other legal documents
• Maintain and manage calendars and case deadlines
• Other administrative duties such as organizing case files, documenting mail, filing, etc.
