Job summary

Lipson Lloyd Jones is seeking an experienced Professional Support Lawyer to join its busy Litigation and Dispute Resolution team on a fixed-term contract basis. The successful candidate will provide technical legal support, deliver training, and help develop the firm's know-how, precedents and standard documents while supporting innovation and effective knowledge management.

Candidates with a strong background in civil procedure and dispute resolution, plus excellent drafting and communication

Qualifications

• Experienced lawyer with strong background in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Solid knowledge of civil procedure, case management, and strategic litigation.
• Interest in legal innovation and knowledge development, with training delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical legal support to the litigation team and stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver training programmes for lawyers and staff.
• Create and maintain legal know-how, precedents, and standard documents.
• Contribute to thought leadership and high-quality legal content.
• Identify emerging legal technologies and support innovation initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve knowledge management and processes.
