The ideal candidate will bring strong legal analysis, sound judgment, and a client-focused approach. You will draft briefs, conduct research, manage discovery, and support deposition preparation, hearings, and trials while maintaining confidentiality and client focus.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and DC Bar admission or eligibility.
• Strong research and writing skills for briefs, memoranda, and correspondence.
• Experience with discovery, deposition preparation, and courtroom support.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple matters.

Responsabilités

• Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and legal correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and develop factual and legal analyses.
• Assist with case strategy and evaluate complex issues.
• Manage discovery, review documents, and organize case materials.
• Support deposition preparation, hearings, and trials.
• Participate in client meetings and coordinate with co-counsel and opposing counsel.
• Contribute to investigative matters, including interviewing witnesses and compiling evidence.
• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
