Trueline Talent's client, a large family law firm, seeks a Litigation Family Law Attorney in Little Rock, AR to handle divorce, custody and related matters with meaningful client responsibility.

You will own matters through strategy, pleadings, discovery, hearings and trial, with regular courtroom exposure and a flexible hybrid schedule.

Base salary ranges from $81,900 to $147,300 plus an incentive bonus program; strong performers can earn well beyond base.

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas Bar license in good standing.
• Ability to independently manage cases and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and related domestic relations cases.
• Own matters throughout the litigation lifecycle, including strategy, pleadings, discovery, motions, negotiations, hearings, mediation, and trial.
• Advocate for clients in Arkansas courts.
• Prepare motions, pleadings, discovery, settlement documents, and related filings.
• Counsel clients through complex legal and personal decisions.
• Negotiate effectively while maintaining readiness to litigate when appropriate.
• Maintain proactive client communication and establish clear expectations throughout each matter.
• Work with an established network of attorneys and support professionals.
