Job summary

Our client, an established law firm, seeks an experienced eDiscovery professional to manage electronic evidence, apply RelativityOne tools, and support complex litigation matters. You will work closely with attorneys and project managers to deliver accurate, secure, and timely results.

You will handle intake, processing, loading, production, and archival while ensuring quality control and adherence to EDRM and ACEDS principles. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of litigation support experience using Relativity and advanced analytics in a law firm or eDiscovery service provider.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency, including workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Working knowledge of the EDRM and ACEDS principles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into practical data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, artificial intelligence, and scripts to improve review efficiency and solve workspace challenges.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of litigation support experience using Relativity and advanced analytics in a law firm or eDiscovery service provider environment.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency, including workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Working knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including spreadsheet manipulation.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills when supporting attorneys and staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule

Flexibility is required for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and workweeks exceeding 40 hours when case deadlines demand it.
