Job summary

RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking an experienced eDiscovery professional to support complex litigation matters for a client in Cleveland, OH. You will manage electronic evidence and apply RelativityOne tools to deliver accurate, secure results.

You will collaborate with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into data workflows, leverage analytics and scripting to improve efficiency, and ensure robust QC and secure handling of productions and archives across case databases.

Qualifications

• At least five years of litigation support experience using Relativity and advanced analytics in a law firm or eDiscovery environment.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency, including workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Working knowledge of the EDRM and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including spreadsheet manipulation.

• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills when supporting attorneys and staff.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule

Flexibility is required for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and workweeks exceeding 40 hours when case deadlines demand it.
