Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher seeks a Litigation E-Filing Specialist (Temporary Position) in California. The role supports a Managing Attorney’s Office with filing, service, and retrieval of court documents, while maintaining related databases and communicating with court personnel about procedures.
Responsibilities include electronic filings across state, federal, and appellate courts, tracking deadlines, and assisting with other administrative projects.

Based in California, the Litigation E-filing Specialist is responsible for the daily activities in a Managing Attorney’s Office, including the filing, service and retrieval of court documents; maintaining and updating all related databases; processing incoming court documents; checking dockets for updates; and communicating with court personnel and attorneys regarding proper filing procedures.
This role reports to the CA Managing Attorney.
Gibson Dunn will consider for employment qualified Applicants with Criminal Histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of local law.
The hourly compensation rate for this position is $50-55/hr. The salary offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
