Amtex Insurance & Constitution General Agency LLC is seeking an Auto Litigation Attorney to join our Wisconsin team. You will handle cases from intake through trial, conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, manage discovery, negotiate settlements, and appear in court.

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor, admission to the state bar in good standing, 2+ years of litigation experience, and strong writing and advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar admission in good standing.
• Minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure, litigation strategy, and court rules.
• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other case-related documents.

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and witnesses.
