Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Corporate Counsel - Litigation to support and manage a broad range of disputes. You will advise on risk, coordinate with outside counsel, and help build processes that keep the function efficient.

This in-person role is based in Menlo Park, CA or Atlanta, GA, reporting to the Director, Assistant General Counsel - Litigation. Ideal candidates will have a JD, active state bar admission, and at least 3 years of litigation experience across law firms or in-house settings.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar membership and ability to practice in the posting jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage disputes and litigation matters from intake to resolution.
• Advise on litigation risk and review dispute-related contract clauses.
• Coordinate responses to subpoenas, government inquiries, and other requests.
• Explain complex legal concepts in plain language to business partners.
• Assist with internal investigations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Help build scalable litigation processes and playbooks.
