Qualifications

• Active Texas bar license or waivable eligibility.
• 7+ years of litigation or general liability defense experience.
• Trial experience strongly preferred.

You’ll join a broad general liability defense docket with real trial exposure. This isn’t a firm that settlements everything to avoid court, they try cases. You’ll be landing straight in to a busy docket of cases involving products, premises, professional, and general liability. You’ll be leading case strategy, including gearing up for and leading trials.

There is a partner track if that’s what you want, but there is also a long-term career here for those who want to focus on being a lawyer and trying cases.

• Active bar license in Texas (or able to waive in)
• 7+ years of litigation or general liability defense experience
