We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation & Corporate Attorney to join
our legal team at our New Jersey office. The ideal candidate will have approximately
2–3 years of legal experience, with a strong foundation in commercial litigation and
This role will involve supporting the company on a range of legal matters, including
litigation, contract review, corporate documentation, risk management, and general
business legal needs. The successful candidate should be comfortable managing
multiple priorities, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and working
closely with internal teams and external counsel.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with commercial and business-related litigation matters.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and
- other legal documents.
- Support case preparation, discovery, document review, and communication with
- outside counsel.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and other legal
- documents.
- Assist with corporate governance, corporate records, and general corporate
- matters.
- Provide legal support on business operations, transactions, and risk
- management.
- Identify potential legal risks and recommend practical solutions.
- Monitor deadlines, maintain organized case files, and ensure timely completion
- of legal tasks.
- Collaborate with management and internal departments on legal and compliance
- matters.
- Perform other legal duties as required by the company.
- Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the relevant state bar, preferably New Jersey.
- Approximately 2–3 years of relevant legal experience.
- Experience in commercial litigation and corporate law.
- Strong legal research, writing, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with litigation procedures, contracts, and corporate documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
- Professional judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential
- information.
- Ability to work full-time in the company’s New Jersey office.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling business disputes or commercial litigation.
- Experience drafting and reviewing business and employment-related
- agreements.
- Familiarity with corporate governance and general business operations.
- Experience working with outside counsel, courts, or regulatory bodies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, business-minded approach.
