Job summary

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP invites a motivated CDE Coordinator to support the Firm’s Litigation, Investigations, and Regulatory practices. You will work with Partners and cross‑functional teams on pitches, RFPs, and client initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of promotional materials and accurate CRM data.

You will assist with event tracking, directory submissions, and cross‑practice collaboration while maintaining firm communications across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 2–4 years of relevant business experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a competitive environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with CRM and litigation tracking tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Litigation CDE team and partners to implement CDE strategies.
• Distribute firm memoranda and communicate client alerts and community services.
• Maintain website content and partner bios across channels.
• Organize event tracking and follow‑up for Litigation Department.
• Assist with directory submissions and survey responses for directories and publications.
• Support development of marketing materials and promotional content.
