The Client Development & Engagement (CDE) function sits at the heart of the Firm’s growth strategy, bringing together business development, marketing, events and communications. Working closely with Partners, practice leaders, and cross functional teams, CDE supports high impact initiatives such as pitches and RFPs, strategic marketing and communications, and practice level business initiatives. The team leverages data, insights, and creative problem solving to help Partners drive sustained growth through repeatable excellence and differentiated client experience.
The Client Development & Engagement Manager - Litigation is responsible for working closely with the CDE Director, the CDE team, and the Firm’s lawyers to lead strategic plans and objectives for several of the Firm’s key Litigation, Investigations, and Regulatory practices. A senior member of the CDE team, the successful candidate, will drive cross-practice collaboration, with particular emphasis on the Firm’s litigation clients and practices.
The CDE Litigation Manager will manage relationships, and support research and analysis about clients, prospects, competitors, industries, related internal business, client communications, and related work product, maintaining the Firm’s high standard of excellence. This role supports the implementation efforts of strategic business plans to ensure successful growth and consistency regarding the Firm’s key business initiatives. This role offers an opportunity for growth within the organization, while leading the expansion of client portfolios, cross-practice initiatives, and driving measurable revenue growth.
NY Only: The estimated base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $220,000 at the time of posting.
The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. This role is exempt meaning it is not overtime pay eligible.
