Job summary

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP is seeking a Client Development & Engagement (CDE) Coordinator to support the Litigation, Investigations, and Regulatory practices. You will collaborate with Partners, practice leaders, and cross-functional teams to implement CDE strategies, distribute firm memoranda, maintain web content, and support pitches and RFPs.

You will assist with directory submissions, survey responses, promotional materials, and CRM data management, while coordinating events and draft

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; major in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Public relations, Pre-law, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant business experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Distribute Firm memoranda; maintain and communicate materials across channels.
• Maintain website content, partner biographies and client development materials.
• Organize event tracking and follow-up for the Litigation Department.
• Prepare promotional materials: brochures, practice area descriptions, rankings, quotes, posters, flyers.
• Manage data for the Firm’s CRM system and perform competitive intelligence research.
