Responsibilities

• Independently manage litigation matters from initial case evaluation through resolution.

Position Overview

An established Texas law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with commercial litigation (3+ years) and/or insurance defense (5+) experience to join its Dallas team.

The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who can independently manage an active caseload while collaborating with partners and fellow attorneys. Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage litigation matters from initial case evaluation through resolution.
