Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney for a remote, contract role. The position offers $100-$150 per hour and requires 10-40 hours per week. You will handle complex commercial disputes and lead litigation projects with US-based teams.

• Licensed US attorney with active or lapsed bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Have strong relevant experience in US litigation, including courtroom advocacy and case team leadership.
• Deep expertise in commercial contract disputes, shareholder/LLC disputes, or commercial real estate litigation.
• Fluency in the full litigation lifecycle, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and resolution strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with mastery of formal legal drafting.
