Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking an experienced Attorney for a remote contract role. You will conduct comprehensive legal analysis on US topics, perform in-depth research, and draft, review, and edit memoranda, opinions, contracts and related documents.

You’ll provide structured feedback on legal texts, participate in remote, multidisciplinary collaboration, and ensure quality and precision across all submissions. A US bar license and prior experience at a top-tier firm are strongly preferred.
