Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney for a remote contract role in the United States. The position offers $100–$150 per hour and requires 10–40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to fit project timelines.

You will seed realistic multi-turn litigation scenarios, conduct quality control of dispute simulations, and refine success rubrics at each stage, collaborating with team leads and peers.

Qualifications

• Licensed US attorney with active or lapsed bar in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Strong experience in US litigation, including courtroom advocacy.
• Expertise in commercial contract disputes, shareholder/ LLC disputes, or CRE litigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with formal drafting mastery.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in commercial contract disputes, shareholder/LLC disputes, or commercial real estate litigation.
• Fluency in the full litigation lifecycle, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and resolution strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with mastery of formal legal drafting.
