Job summary

Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. in Solon, Ohio seeks a motivated Litigation Attorney to join its Financial Services Central Division. You will represent clients in hearings across Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia, managing caseloads and drafting pivotal motions.

The ideal candidate has a J.D. from an ABA-accredited school, Ohio-licensed or eligible admission in KY/WV/IN, 1–5 years of litigation experience, and strong writing and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Kentucky, WV and/or IN admission preferred or waiverable.
• 1–5 years of litigation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in litigation hearings across Ohio, Kentucky & West Virginia.
• Draft motions, discovery responses, briefs, appellate briefs, and other legal documents.
• Manage a substantial caseload and meet monthly goals.
• Provide practical legal guidance while minimizing risk and liability.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and business partners.
• Collaborate with and help coordinate your team.
