CornerStone Staffing seeks a Litigation Attorney to lead a high-volume creditor’s rights and financial services docket in a hybrid Solon, Ohio setting. You will handle matters from drafting through court appearances and provide practical legal guidance to minimize risk while meeting case goals.

The role requires JD and Ohio bar, 1–5 years of litigation experience, and willingness to travel to courts in the region. A nationwide practice offers growth and collaborative, business-casual environment.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school and active Ohio bar admission.
• 1–5 years of litigation experience, preferably involving real estate, foreclosure, creditor’s rights, collections, or related financial services matters.
• Willingness to travel to court and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in litigation hearings throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia, with travel to court as required.
• Manage a substantial caseload, competing priorities, deadlines, and monthly performance goals.
• Draft motions, briefs, discovery responses, appellate briefs, and other legal documents.
• Provide practical legal guidance while identifying and minimizing legal risk and liability.
• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, business partners, and internal team members.
