Job summary

Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. in Solon, Ohio seeks a motivated Litigation Attorney to join its Financial Services Central Division. You will represent clients in hearings across Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia, managing caseloads and drafting pivotal motions.

The ideal candidate has a J.D. from an ABA-accredited school, Ohio-licensed or eligible admission in KY/WV/IN, 1–5 years of litigation experience, and strong writing and analytical skills.

• 1–5 years of litigation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in litigation hearings across Ohio, Kentucky & West Virginia.

Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. is growing! We’re seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney to join our Financial Services Central Division in Solon, Ohio .

What You’ll Do

• Represent clients in litigation hearings throughout Ohio, Kentucky & West Virginia
• Manage a substantial caseload and meet monthly goals
• Draft motions, discovery responses, briefs, appellate briefs, and other legal documents
• Provide practical legal guidance while minimizing risk and liability
• Communicate with clients, courts, and business partners
• Collaborate with and help coordinate your team

What We’re Looking For

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Kentucky, West Virginia and/or Indiana admission strongly preferred, or ability to immediately waive in to those states
• U.S. District Court admission in applicable states, or ability to obtain
• 1–5 years of litigation experience preferred
• Strong legal writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of FDCPA and secured creditor bankruptcy matters a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to travel to court with reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and commitment to professional and ethical standards
