Jobot in San Diego is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our team onsite. An active California Bar license and 0–5 years of litigation experience (consumer warranty/lemon law preferred) are required, with a salary range of $100,000–$200,000 per year and bonus opportunities.

You will take depositions, prepare for trials, handle motions, attend court appearances, draft discovery, and collaborate with a senior attorney and support staff to provide strategic guidance to clients.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license.
• 0–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in consumer warranty or lemon law.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Professional, accountable, and business-conscious mindset.
• Role is 100% onsite in San Diego, with hybrid consideration after 3–6 months.

Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare for trials, including case strategy and evidence organization.
• Handle law and motion work.
• Attend court appearances.
• Draft and respond to written discovery.
• Work directly under a senior attorney with a team of attorneys and staff.
• Interact with clients and opposing counsel with professional guidance.
• Take ownership of cases and exercise independent judgment with team support.
