Salary Range: The pay range for this position is $100,000-$155,000. Pay is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

• Defend litigated cases to a successful conclusion
• Practice areas include auto liability, premises liability and employment litigation
• Provide effective and timely communication and legal advice to client on legal and factual issues
• Partner with claims Supervisors to achieve the best results

Be equipped with:

• Pennsylvania law License
• Strong academic and professional credentials
• Minimum 5 years litigation experience
• First chair jury trial experience preferred
• Solid computer skills included proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn and use new software
