Job summary

Melone Hatley, P.C. in Texas seeks a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. You will represent clients in court, perform legal research, draft pleadings, and advise on strategy.

The ideal candidate has a J.D. from an accredited law school, admission to the Texas bar, 3–5 years of litigation experience (family law preferred), strong writing and negotiation skills, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. Qualifications

• J.D. required from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Texas state bar admission is required.
• 3–5 years of litigation experience preferred, especially in family law.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases.
