Minimum 3–5 years in litigation and admission to the South Carolina bar are required. Strong research and writing, excellent oral advocacy, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. We offer a supportive environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the South Carolina state bar.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in litigation, preferably in family law.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
