Job summary

DeNOVO Review in South Florida is expanding and seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to handle HOA/condominium matters and general liability litigation. The role is full-time and onsite at either the Miami Lakes or Miramar offices, with billable hours from 140-160.

The ideal candidate has Florida Bar admission, strong writing and research skills, and a proactive approach to advocacy. Competitive compensation with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted in good standing to the Florida Bar.
• 3+ years of litigation experience; condo/HOA law a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong legal writing and research abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drafting Pleadings and Motions.
• Propound and respond to discovery.
• Prepare for and argue motions, including motions for summary judgment.
• Attend mediations and settlement conferences.
• Attend and take depositions.
• Assist at jury and bench trials.
• Legal Research.
• Work closely with clients and their agents.
• Work closely with managing partner.
