Qualifications

• Active license in the state where they will work.
• Experience in consumer collection litigation preferred.
• Knowledge of civil litigation process and consumer protection laws.
• Ability to collaborate and drive results.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients during litigation, in and out of court.
• Draft and review briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Travel to various courts in the State and manage litigation lifecycle.
• Communicate with opposing counsel and pro se parties to resolve disputes.
• Research and interpret laws and regulations to formulate opinions.
• Maintain client relationships with responsive communication.
• Attend continuing education classes to stay current.
