The role emphasizes advocacy for clients in and out of court, drafting briefs, and maintaining rigorous case management in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a valid law license, experience or strong interest in consumer protection litigation, and exceptional communication and organizational skills to navigate multiple cases

Qualifications

• Active law license in the state where you will work.
• Experience in consumer collection litigation preferred but training available.
• Knowledge of civil litigation process and consumer protection laws.
• Ability to collaborate with others to provide high-quality solutions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Strong time management skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in consumer collection litigation across state and federal courts.
• Draft and review briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Communicate with opposing counsel and pro se parties to resolve disputes.
• Travel to courts as needed to handle litigation lifecycle.
• Maintain client relationships through responsive communication.
• Stay current on laws and procedures through CLEs and seminars.
