Qualifications

• JD required (or equivalent) and bar license in relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven litigation experience, with emphasis on employment disputes and trial procedures.
• Strong knowledge of procedural law and court depositions.
• Proficient in LexisNexis and Westlaw for rigorous legal research.
• Ability to handle complex cases and draft high-quality documents.
• Excellent writing, negotiation, and client communication skills.
• Experience with legal case management systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation, including strategy and trial prep.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, contracts, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and provide sound advice.
• Prepare for trial and coordinate with expert witnesses.
• Maintain meticulous case management records and meet deadlines.
• Stay informed on evolving legal standards through research and development.
