Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor, California license, at least 3 years of litigation experience, especially in personal injury or employment law, with strong communication, negotiation, and trial skills.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• California bar license is required to practice law in CA.
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury or employment law.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
• Proven trial experience with the ability to represent clients assertively.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of litigation from inception through trial, including strategy development, discovery, and settlements.
• Meet with clients to understand issues and develop effective strategies.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and arbitrations as needed.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
