Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio Company, is seeking a seasoned Financial Services Attorney for a long-term, fully remote engagement with a major financial institution. Start ASAP. Hours: 40 per week. Location: Fully remote.

Compensation: starting at $120/hour, commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant financial services litigation or arbitration experience, including securities broker-dealer matters, and an active U.S. license in good standing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant legal experience in financial services litigation or arbitration.
• Experience handling securities broker-dealer litigation and arbitration matters.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 law firm or corporate legal department preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong research and drafting capabilities.
• Outstanding academic credentials and a proven professional track record.
• Active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Handle securities broker-dealer litigation and arbitration matters, including FINRA-related disputes.
• Support litigation strategy and case management in coordination with internal stakeholders and outside counsel.
• Conduct legal research and draft high-quality pleadings, briefs, and memoranda.
• Analyze regulatory and litigation risks and provide practical, business-focused legal guidance.
• Manage multiple matters simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

• Location: Fully remote

Responsibilities

• Handle securities broker-dealer litigation and arbitration matters, including FINRA-related disputes
