Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio Company, is assisting a large financial institution with a long-term, fully remote engagement for a Financial Services Attorney. The role is fully remote, 40 hours per week, start ASAP, with compensation starting at $120/hour, commensurate with experience.

We seek an attorney with 5+ years in financial services litigation/arbitration, experience with securities broker-dealer matters, and a licensed U.S. attorney in good standing.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of relevant legal experience in financial services litigation or arbitration.
• Demonstrated experience handling securities broker-dealer litigation and arbitration matters in a law firm and/or in-house setting.
• Prior experience with an AmLaw 100 law firm and/or a corporate legal department strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with strong research and drafting capabilities.
• Outstanding academic credentials and a proven professional track record.
• Active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Handle securities broker-dealer litigation and arbitration matters, including FINRA-related disputes.
• Support litigation strategy and case management in coordination with internal stakeholders and outside counsel.
• Conduct legal research and draft high-quality pleadings, briefs, and memoranda.
• Analyze regulatory and litigation risks and provide practical, business-focused legal guidance.
• Manage multiple matters simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
