Orion Placement is seeking an experienced attorney for a full-time, on-site role in Shalimar, FL. You will provide skilled legal counsel across civil litigation and related areas, building strong client relationships from day one while handling a demanding caseload.

You will work with senior attorneys in a mentorship-friendly environment, contributing to firm growth and community involvement. Active Florida Bar membership is required.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar membership required.
• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred; open to various experience levels.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities independently while thriving as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled legal counsel and direct representation across civil litigation and related practice areas.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, consistent, and compassionate communication.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Manage an active caseload with precision, meeting deadlines while exceeding client expectations.
• Represent clients in hearings, negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Partner with senior attorneys on complex matters and absorb mentorship opportunities across practice areas.
• Contribute to firm growth through relationship building and community involvement.
