Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license required.
• 1+ year of litigation experience.
• Strong legal research and persuasive writing skills.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide trusted legal counsel.
• Manage an independent caseload while collaborating with team members as needed.
• Contribute to business development and maintain strong client relationships.
• Utilize legal research platforms and case management tools effectively.
