Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license required.
• Minimum 1+ year of litigation experience.
• Strong legal research and persuasive writing abilities.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions and discovery.
• Comfortable appearing in court and interacting with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail.
• Experience in business/real estate litigation is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Handle a variety of litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.

• Manage an independent caseload while collaborating with team members as needed.
