Job summary

Aubrey Thrasher, LLC, in Buckhead, Atlanta, is seeking a licensed attorney to join our growing litigation team. The role is full-time in-office, offering substantial courtroom experience, motion practice, and the opportunity to manage cases from inception through post-judgment proceedings in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include 3+ years of litigation experience and a Georgia Bar license; knowledge of creditors’ rights and collection law is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Georgia Bar license required.
• Knowledge of creditors’ rights and collection law preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and case management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of commercial and consumer collection matters from inception through post judgment.
• Appear in court, in person and virtually as necessary, in commercial and consumer collections cases.
• Communicate with clients regarding case status and litigation strategy.
• Collaborate with attorneys and team leads firm wide on case management, policies and procedures, and business development.
• Work with an experienced team of paralegals and litigation professionals who support the practice.
