Qualifications

• Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.) and Ohio license to practice law.
• 1–3 years of civil litigation experience.
• 1–2 years of creditors' rights or collection experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communications.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage case files to formulate next course of action.
• Represent the firm at pre-trials, trials, mediations, and other court appearances in Franklin County and Hamilton County.
• Occasional travel to courts in neighboring counties.
