Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its Massachusetts team. You will handle civil litigation from inception through resolution, conduct legal research, and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.

Massachusetts Bar admission is required; additional state admissions are a plus. Insurance defense experience is strongly preferred, and you will manage multiple cases independently while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Massachusetts Bar admission required; additional state admissions are a plus.
• Experience handling all stages of litigation.
• Insurance defense experience preferred.
• Excellent legal writing, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of civil litigation from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Negotiate and finalize settlements.
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, arbitrations, and before government agencies.
