Qualifications

• Admission to the Connecticut Bar in good standing.
• 4+ years of civil litigation or defense-side trial experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of civil defense matters from early assessment through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, reports, and other litigation documents
• Advise clients and insurers with clear, practical, and strategic recommendations
• Conduct legal research and develop well-supported litigation strategies
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, negotiations, and trial preparation
